Tamil Nadu Governor RN Ravi walked out of the assembly today after Chief Minister MK Stalin moved a resolution asking the Speaker to take only the speech prepared by the state government on record and to remove any portions added to or skipped from the customary address. The Assembly passed a resolution that only the Governor's original speech, prepared by the state government and translated by the Speaker, would be recorded. RN Ravi stormed out without even waiting for the national anthem, which was sung moments later. The guest for this episode, Salem Dharanidharan (spokesperson of DMK) said, "We feel vindicated today as it is clear that the Governor has a political agenda which is to propagate the RSS ideology".
