Homemade Mayonnaise
Blend together:
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. ground mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
Using an immersion blender, add 2 cups olive oil in a slow, steady stream while blending. Keeps in refrigerator about two weeks.
