In this exoplanet video, AE lays out the process of generating an accurate 3D star map in 10 easy steps so that you can make accurate star maps without special software, even if all you have is an MFA from Fresno State with no credits in trigonometry or astrophysics.

Step 8's spreadsheet row. Since recording for this video, YouTube has become more restrictive in what characters can appear in video descriptions, so the angle brackets of HTML line breaks and tab ASCII character have been replaced by square brackets and spaces, respectively. That just means there's an extra component to this step.
Copy the line below and paste it into Notepad, then replace the spaces with the Tab ASCII character (as described in the video at 19:00). Replace the square brackets with angle brackets (used in HTML) and then copy the line into your spreadsheet app.
