2. SOUNDBITE (English) Volodymyr Zelenskyy, Ukrainian President:
"We understand that Americans want to stop this war as quick as possible. Yes, but to my mind the difficulties now -- not on military, by the way, I raised it yesterday with our partners, not on military track. The generals, trilaterally, from Ukraine, United States and Russia, they spoke how to monitor ceasefire when it will come. The problem is with the political will to stop this war and the question of territories. This is difficult as what we have, nothing new. Between us, nothing new they will try to speak tomorrow and they will speak, I think in first days of March, trilaterally, I hope that we will have meeting and of course exchange of prisoners. This is where we are, but I'm not sure that we will have tomorrow exactly result on the land, for example, on the territories, because this question I repeat again and again, this question I think to my mind has to go to the level of leaders."

4. SOUNDBITE (Ukrainian) Volodymyr Zelenskyy, Ukrainian President:
"Usually, when Russia fails to win on the battlefield, they start looking for nuclear weapons on the territory of Ukraine. There are no nuclear weapons in Ukraine, unfortunately. You all know the circumstances under which and thanks to whom this happened. I think this is a preparation for the upcoming trilateral meeting, some kind of political pressure. This could be in response to information that in Europe they are thinking about a nuclear umbrella. It could be Russia's rhetoric. It seems to me that they (Russia) are always dangerously playing with these words 'nuclear weapons.' And it is very much desired that other countries, other nuclear states react. Above all the United States could give the appropriate message."

6. SOUNDBITE (Ukrainian) Volodymyr Zelenskyy, Ukrainian President:
"Flamingo missiles (new Ukrainian ground-launched cruise missiles) were launched at 1,400 km. I believe that this is really a success for our industry. As I said, they are continuing Flamingos production. As I have said, we had to wait a long time to renovate the production line through the corresponding attacks of the Russians. They will increase the quantity. It depends on the ratio and on some components. Depending on the quantity, we will have more successful strikes. I will not say how many "Flamingos" were hit this time. I just want to say that there were hits by Russian air defence, there were near-misses and there were clear hits. But the most important thing is that all the missiles that were launched all reached the object. I believe that this is the most important success, we are talking about high quality and accuracy."

8. SOUNDBITE(English) Jonas Gahr Støre, Norwegian Prime Minister:
"So the total support for 2026 amounts to close to 8 billion U.S. dollars. I think it will represent about 20% of the support that Ukraine will receive this year. And we are trying to focus that as much as we can in accordance with the needs of Ukraine. Now what we experience is that Ukraine's own development of its industry, based on the experience you are making on the field is highly relevant for your partners to learn from. So today, the President and I have agreed to establish what we call the strategic partnership between Norway and Ukraine."
