Cathay Pacific: Singapore to Bangkok-Rare Cruise at 43,000 feet

Описание к видео Cathay Pacific: Singapore to Bangkok-Rare Cruise at 43,000 feet

In this video, I fly from Singapore to Bangkok using Cathay Pacific, as it operates one flight per day from Singapore to Bangkok on its Hong Kong to Singapore to Bangkok to Hong Kong route. We board on premium economy and taxi to Runway 20C for a southbound departure with a left turn afterwards. Since our plane was like half full, we managed to climb up to the Airbus A350's service ceiling of 43,000 feet, which is a very rare, as most airliners dont cruise higher than 41,000 feet, and it is rare even for the Airbus A350 and the Boeing 787. Due to poor weather in Bangkok, we had to enter a holding pattern for our landing on Runway 19R, as at Bangkok and most of the descend and approach was above or inside cloud layers, Runway 19R is for all arrivals and Runway 19L is for all departures. We then manage to land on Runway 19L.
