Planning a skiing trip and your unsure what mountain you should go to? No problem! My goal is to help you decide what mountain you should visit, based on my experiences at ski areas located across the Northeastern United States! To help you decide, I'll rank Jiminy Peak on a scale from 1 to 10 on six different criteria, then I'll give it an overall ski area based on what I think of the ski area overall!

Jiminy Peak is a ski area located in Hancock, Massachusetts, which is located in the Western half of the state, only a few miles from the border with New York. Located in the heart of the Berkshires/the Taconics, Jiminy Peak is the largest ski area in Massachusetts, in terms of both skiable area and vertical drop. The ski area is known as a nice, medium-sized family mountain, which has the charm of Vermont but is located closer to major population centers. I really like Jiminy, the skiing is good for such a small mountain, and the base area is extremely charming! It is also located conveniently near Albany (NY), Springfield (MA), Hartford (CT), Worcester (MA), Boston (MA), and New York City. In the Summer, Jiminy Peak is home to scenic lift rides, a mountain coaster, an alpine slide, a soaring eagle zipline, an ariel adventure park, and more!
