Episode 5 | Surfing in the Bahamas | Remote Islands

If we haven't met you yet, we're the Kistemakers (Jon, Ray, and our surfing pup Nalu!) It's been our dream to surf waves on remote islands. A big reason we decided to live on a sailboat was to explore and find waves that are only accessible by boat. After many months of preparation, we crossed the Gulf Stream (see our last episode) in our 41 foot Hunter sailboat. Our sailboat is named "Swell Seeker" so you best believe we were on a mission to find some fun party waves. Turns out the Bahamas is a real gem when it comes to surfing, but the conditions do need to line up perfectly. We were fortunate to experience a few really fun days on the water.
