The daily affairs of the company are handled by Vikram Rathi and Sweta Marda. Vikram Rathi is a production engineer and has obtained a Master’s in Business Administration (Finance and International Business) from the University of Illinois,USA.

Sweta Marda is an architect from Bangalore University and heads the design team comprising of 8 fashion graduates from some of the best schools in Bangalore. The company employs over 150 people and has grown dramatically in the last five years.
