Roboute Guilliman, son of the Emperor, walked once more among mortals. In this meeting of Primarch and Chapter Master, sorrow met salvation. Dante, broken and guilt-ridden, knelt before Guilliman, believing he had failed his Chapter. Yet Guilliman would not allow it. He lifted Dante to his feet, calling him brother, and honored his sacrifice as one of the Imperium’s greatest victories.

This is the story of the Devastation of Baal where loss gave birth to renewed hope, and where two sons of the Emperor stood together to guide humanity through its darkest hour.
