Join me for this 1 hour and 10 min FAT BURNING LIGHT DUMBBELLS POWER WALK and let`s burn some fat and tone those arm muscles using light dumbbells. This is a fast paced indoor walking workout you can use for calorie burn weight loss & toning. Make sure you adjust your weights and pace to suit your fitness or energy level. I'm using 0,5 kg dumbbells in this workout but you can also do it weight free!
Go at your own pace! I want you to feel comfortable doing it. You don't have to turbo walk, if that's not your thing. You can decrease the intensity by walking slower and maybe loosing the weights, or increase it by jogging in place.
