Domicile Certificate is a document which proves that a person is an inhabitant or a permanent resident of the city.You may require domicile certificate for a job or for seeking admission in the university.
Documents required for making domicile certificate.
1:2 pictures blue background passport size
2:Copy of Property Documents ( Fard or Ownership papers or registry of
house etc)
3: Copy of Electricity or Gas or Landline Bills
4:copy of Education Document (Matriculation / above certificate or
School certificate)
5:copy of Applicant Cnic and if Cnic is not available then copy of B-form
6:Paid challan form (Rs. 200) of National Bank of Pakistan
7:Affidavit (Rs. 50), duly filled and signed by the applicant, verified by Oath
Commissioner (Optional)
8:Form For applying Domicile certificate duly Filled and Signed by the applicant.
