In this tutorial video, our expert explores third-party integrations in Titan Form 1.0 and how they compare to Titan Form 2.0 and Web. Keep watching to find out what you need to do in order to migrate effortlessly.
In Titan Form 1.0, third-party integration settings could be found under Integrations located in the Form settings. From here, you can communicate with Google Docs, Google Spreadsheet, Box, Dropbox, and a lot more directly from the form.
In Titan Web and Form 2.0, these third-party integrations are invoked through a flow. To do this, you would need to create a flow project. Please remember to make sure you have integrated the app from your Titan Dashboard before setting up a flow.
To do this on your end, click the Any + icon and select the Integrations tab. Here you will see you can choose the app you want to integrate with.
To invoke a flow from your project, simply navigate to the interactivity screen of an interactive element. When selecting a node, select the System Action tab. Then, select Flow and click Next. Now, you can use the dropdowns to choose the flow you want to invoke. Keep in mind that you may also need to configure additional parameters to successfully integrate your third-party integrations.
