This quick overview demonstrates its compact design, user-friendly TensileSoft™ interface, and efficient operation for precise and repeatable sample preparation.

The TensileMill CNC – Classic Upgrade is a state-of-the-art specimen preparation machine engineered for both tensile and impact test samples. Equipped with a FANUC controller and TensileSoft™ software, it provides an intuitive experience for both trained and untrained operators. With accuracy down to 0.0003” (0.0076 mm) and the ability to prepare up to 8 specimens simultaneously, the system significantly reduces preparation time while ensuring compliance with the most demanding quality requirements.

Built with a rugged cast iron frame, a 3.2kW servo motor, and advanced clamping fixtures, the Classic Upgrade handles specimens up to 14” (350 mm) in length, 2” (50 mm) in width, and 0.5” (12.5 mm) in thickness, including materials up to 60 HRC. It eliminates the need for a surface grinder, achieves chatter-free machining, and delivers superior dimensional tolerance for both Charpy and Izod impact specimens.
