The vocal exercises in this workout are designed with the lip trill in mind. The lip trill (sometimes called a lip roll) is a great exercise to blance the pressure between your vocal cords and airflow. The lip trill is also a great exercise to practice SOVT training. Semi occluded vocal tract exercises take the pressure off your vocal cords.

I have included a decent amount of vocal range in these exercises so make sure you don't sing out of your natural range. I have included timestamps for you to skip ahead if needed.

Use the water breaks to pause the workout to give your lips a rest between exercises.
