White Dhokla recipe/Surati Idada

White Dhokla or Surati Idada is very famous snacks of Gujarat.White Dhokla is savory gujarati cake made from fermented rice,black lentil and sour curd.generaly white dhokla are little thin and white in color.but i made it with colorful twist.with tangyness of sour curd,spicyness of green chilly and ginger it tastes so delicious.try this white dhokla or Idada which is very easy to cook and delicious to eat and share your experience with us.this white dhokla is served with tea or spicy chutney or tometo souce.please like share and subscribe to my channel.i appreciate your comment and suggestions.
