So after about a year of stewing on learning about this game, seeing other people play it(one of them promptly becoming one of my favorite creators to watch atm) and all the shenanigans you can do in this game, I can wholeheartedly say that Kenshi is a genuinely intriguing experience that I so far have to recommend. I have several ideas for this game too but I kept it super light for my first video on it... maybe too light. Anyways kenshi is an open world sandbox RPG game where you have 4 main races to play as: Human Greenlanders or scorchlanders, Shek, Hivers, and skeletons. There are other races too like Fogmen, Cannibals, and Fishmen. It somewhat runs like an RTS and is a fair bit rough around the edges but is so rich with lore and ai mechanics that you hardly notice it. The way the factions of this world interact with eachother like how the holy nation attempts to enslave anyone that isnt a human male, or how hiver colonies wont trade with hiveless hivers. But what is most cool is how the world not only changes based on what the player does, but changes overtime anyways. Periodically wars will happen, characters will be destroyed and it will permanently affect the giant sandboxlike world granting a different experience with every game. The most impressive part of this game is that it was made entirely by one person and I got to say... That man has earned the 2 million plus downloads. I look forward to Kenshi 2 Lo fi Games.
