Bottom-up innovation has been filling gaps in governments’ responses to the global pandemic and creating new tools to help people and the economy recover. Three civic innovators will share how they have been leveraging technology to create solutions to challenges in public health, governance, education, and economic recovery. They will explore how governments can help support this kind of volunteer innovation and how these innovators can fill gaps in official responses to the crisis.
