In this DIY I will show you how I created 2 Beautiful and Elegant Candle Holders using items from Dollar Tree. It cost me $2 to build the first set and $7 to build the second set. Of course it will cost you more to decorate them but the cost depends on what you already have vs what you would like to decorate them with.
