Stephy Sylvestre is the director of SustainSU, the University of Alberta Students' Union's sustainability advocacy group, as well as an avid horseback rider and outdoor enthusiast. In this video, Stephy explains the concept of the three pillars of sustainability (economy, society, and environment), and describes her own journey that led her to integrate those values into her own studies and career.
