Production Process of Cement

This video shows how to produce cement. Cement is the second most material used in the world after water. So cement is widely used around the world for construction of different structures. The production process of cement is very simple and in this video its been explained in a very easy way. Firstly the limestone and clay are mix and heated in kiln at a temperature of 1450 C, then they are cooled down and clinker formed which are small grey balls, after that they add 5%gypsum and ground the clinker with gypsum to produce cement.
