Stone Mining Theft

Under Jajpur District Dharmashala Tehsil, precious black stone is mined far more frequently than has been authorized by the government. More blasting and various machinery are used in this. This was also demonstrated in the scaled report produced by the administration's hired My World Consultancy. A demand notice for a penalty of Rs. 500 crores have been sent to the leaseholders based on the measurement report. A similar occurrence has been reported close to Rahadpur Hill.
