What is antibiotic resistance??
Pakistan is at 8th or 9th no where antibiotic resistance occurs in huge quantity ,there are many reasons for it,
1-Increase in population of Pakistan increases the use of antibiotic resistance
2-Rational use of antibiotic which causes over the counter means buying medicine allowance from the medical store is in the Pakistan's law but not follow up by the public if you buy any antibiotic then you should have a recommendation of a registered PMDC Medical specialist .
That's why the street doctors having no experience didn't know in which disease which antibiotic should recommend or in which disease antibiotic recommended or not.
Some paramedic's or quacks having no experience doing work as a doctor and not concentrating on his own job ,due to these quacks creates a lot of problems of antibiotics.
Antibiotics are the drugs that kills or inhibits the growth of micro organisms (bacteria).
A lot of antibiotics usage or mechanism of action different from others .
You and your Dr must know that you need any antibiotic if it is then which is the right antibiotic you should use and it only knows a qualified , justified Dr.
Always select a registered practitioner which is capable to treat your disease,
The unnecessary use of chemicals that kills bacteria body makes response against it ,when we use this antibiotic again body didn't respond that we use this medicine before.
If antibiotic resistant exceeds in the world then we nat have any new antibiotics in the world .
Plz avoid the unnecessary use of antibiotics and also discourage your nearby doctor for the recommendation of antibiotics and also ask them the reason for recommendation of antibiotics if they have justification for this then you must use it , duration of antibiotic is very important .
Always follow your doctor's opinion .
