✅ VIDEO SUMMARY
The shortcut to the Object Selection Tool is W, both for Windows and Mac. You can use the Object Selection Tool to manually select objects, either by using the Rectangle or Lasso mode. Or you can use the automatic Object Finder, in which Photoshop pre-analyzes your canvas to find new objects. Once it has discovered as many objects as it can find, all you have to do is select the ones you need. You can also use the Add to Selection and Subtract from Selection buttons to customize your selections further.
