জুলাই জাতীয় সনদ স্বাক্ষর অনুষ্ঠান ১৫ অক্টোবরের পরিবর্তে ১৭ অক্টোবর অনুষ্ঠিত হবে। জনসাধারণের অংশগ্রহণের সুবিধার্থে সাপ্তাহিক ছুটির দিন শুক্রবারেই এ অনুষ্ঠান আয়োজনের সিদ্ধান্ত নেয়া হয়েছে।

The July National Charter signing ceremony will be held on October 17 instead of October 15. It has been decided to hold the ceremony on a weekend holiday, Friday, to facilitate public participation.
