Upon reflection of this a couple years later, I would like to state that I do not feel it is the responsibility of others to get the help for you. At the time I was speaking from a place where I was struggling to get that help myself, and my expectations were wrong. However I would like to leave this video up as a reminder to check in on friends who may be struggling, and to offer that support when needed.
