Mr Scheuester loses his sister,Rachel in a horrible car accident. On his way to school one day he thinks about this aweful memory (hints the black and white). As the days go on he feels like all the memories of Rachel are just to much and that he needs to leave. So, he invites all the glee kids to his house to tell them this news. They don't agree. This just feels like another stab to the heart. During the day Mr Scheuester packs up his room he has a few more memories of Rachel, which makes him wonder what she would think about him leaving his students and her friends. Would she agree, because she knows it's just to much for him to take, or would she not approve, because she knows he shouldn't leave his class in a difficult time like this?
