Improve Your Drop Technique! | How To Ride Bigger Drop-Offs On Your MTB

MTB Skills Coach Becci Skelton is helping Anna out with some progression! This time, we're focusing on taking a reliable drop technique and scaling it up to bigger, scarier drop-offs. The progression from riding small drops to medium or even large is one of the trickiest things to do in mountain biking! Impact, judging take-off speed and timing that landing to meet the ground with two wheels perfectly all become increasingly difficult as you size up, not to mention the mental challenge of hitting something larger, where you might not even be able to see the landing until the last moment. We'll tackle all of this in this video.
