Brazilian Acai Bowl:Starring the Amazonian Superfruit (In Portuguese)

Our Association member in Sao Paulo, Brazil introduces to us the magnificent superfruit called "Acai", a typical fruit in Brazil which grows on palm trees that produce small coconuts in the Amazon region. Acai means fruit that expels water or cries water that has many medicinal properties, an antioxidant and produces large quantities of oil that contain omega 3 and omega 6 which protect against cardiovascular diseases.

INGREDIENTS: (For all ingredients, please use organic versions if available)
100 grams açaí (frozen pulp)
Banana (or strawberries or mango)
2 spoons molasses (or 1 spoon brown sugar)
Granola
