Loaded Cheese Sandwich (Nestle)

Ingredients for Creamy Chicken:
Oil 2 tbsp
Chicken boneless (chunks) 1 kg
Nestlé MilkPak Yogurt (450 g) 1/2 cup
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Hot sauce 1 tbsp
Nestlé MilkPak Dairy Cream 1/2 pack

Ingredients for Creamy Mayo Sauce:
Mayonnaise 1 cup
Hot sauce 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Mustard paste 1 tsp
Nestlé MilkPak Dairy Cream 1/2 pack

Ingredients for Sandwich:
Bread slices as required
Creamy mayo sauce as required
Prepared creamy chicken as required
Cheddar & mozzarella cheese as required
Capsicum (chopped) as required
Onion (Chopped) as required
Red chili flakes as required

Directions for Creamy Chicken Preparation:
In a pan, heat oil and add chicken. Cook until it changes color.
Now add Nestlé MilkPak Yogurt, black pepper powder, red chili powder, garlic powder, salt, hot sauce and cook until fully done.
Now add Nestlé MilkPak Dairy Cream and mix it well. Set aside.
Directions for Creamy Mayo Sauce Preparation:
In a bowl add mayo, hot sauce, black pepper powder, salt, mustard paste, Nestlé MilkPak Dairy Cream and mix it well. Set aside.
Directions for Loaded Cheese Sandwich Preparation:
Take the bread slice, spread creamy mayo sauce on it, add layers of capsicum, onion and cheese. Place another slice and add creamy chicken on it. Add cheese layer and place another slice on top. Spread sauce on it and add a layer of cheese again.
Sprinkle red chili flakes on top.
Now bake it in a preheated oven at 160 degrees until the cheese melts.
Your Loaded Cheese Sandwich is ready.
