$1.3 Billion Skytrain and Surrey/Langley Real Estate Prices

Just recently the Canadian Federal Government announced $1.3B in funding to help build the Surrey and Langley Skytrain expansion of the Expo Line.

The project will involve the construction of 8 Sky Train Stations, 3 Bus exchanges, Park and ride locations and an operation facility. And will finally connect Surrey and Langley to the mass transit grid that is the Vancouver SkyTrain

This has many residents and investors wondering how the new Skytrain will effect land values now and in years to come.
