Here is how Dr. Cameron Rokhsar in New York City (NYC) nonsurgically treats the appearance of scars with the Fraxel Restore Dual. The Fraxel Restore Dual is a fractional laser that treats appearance and texture of many skin conditions, such as scars, wrinkles, fine lines, sun damage, and uneven skin texture.
