These are all things that can cause us to be sad, angry, or even frustrated. They can make us feel bad about ourselves, and make us think bad thoughts! The way to be able to overcome these feelings is to practice being resilient! Caterpillars can be really resilient in their change to become a butterfly. We can learn from their strength to be resilient too!
