Chana chatpate in one of the most popular street food in Nepal and India. We can buy spicy chatpate at every nooks and corner of the city. Chatpate as it name suggests, is a combination of several flavors, the combination of salt, chili and lemon. When anybody talks about chatpate, our mouth starts watering.

4 boiled potatoes
100 gm roasted chickpeas
50 gm roasted soybeans
50 gm roasted flattened rice
100 gm puffed rice
2-4 green chilies
100 green peas
1 red onion
1 tomato
1 tea spoon Himalayan black salt and common salt
2 tea spoon roasted cumin and coriander powder
1 tea spoon chaat masala
1.5 teaspoon chili paste
1 packet wai wai
fresh coriander leaves
1 table spoon mustard oil
Juice from 1 lime
