The Mind: Master or Servant?
In the journey of human life, the mind is everything. Understanding your mind means there's no need to know anything else anew. As long as you don't understand your mind, you'll be its slave. Once you grasp the mind's workings, your pure consciousness will transform into wisdom. People often follow their minds, believing it to be their guru. However, the path to spiritual practice begins with doubting your mind. Our minds doubt everyone and everything but themselves; we, in turn, revere our minds. Even if our minds lead us into daily troubles and life's miseries, our respect for them remains unshaken. This is the greatest mistake of our lives.

The Illusion of the Mind
The mind constantly creates illusions that blind us to the ultimate truth of life. It traps us in desires and expectations, making us restless. The mind tells us that this is yours, that is yours, and keeps us running our entire lives for these illusions. Like a child who is mesmerized by a toy, forgetting everything else, we are kept busy by the mind's endless promises of happiness. However, unlike the child's simple toy, the mind's illusions are endless and always just out of reach.

The Never-Ending Chase
If you have a bicycle, the mind says you'll be happy with a bike. When you get a bike, the mind says you need a more expensive bike for true happiness. Even if you bring home that expensive bike, the mind will then crave a luxury car. This cycle never ends. The mind keeps us blindfolded in this race, without giving us time to consider our home's state, credit card loans, EMIs, or the current market situation. We keep running after an illusionary happiness like a mirage.

Blame and Responsibility
One of the mind's tendencies is to blame others for our joys and sorrows. If life is joyful, the mind says it's because of someone else. If life is sorrowful, it blames others, convincing us that we are not at fault. However, the truth is that you are the sole reason for your happiness and sorrow. If you want, your happiness can turn into sorrow in an instant, and sorrow into happiness. It all depends on your judgment. But the mind doesn't give you time for judgment; it keeps you blind. If you can find the root cause of your joy and sorrow within yourself, you can transcend both and live a life of peace.

Buddha's Philosophy
Buddha's teachings show us that in human life, there is no such thing as happiness or sorrow; these are mere illusions of the mind. From the day you start seeking happiness, sorrow begins to follow. This philosophy may seem worthless outwardly but is invaluable if applied through meditation, cleansing the mind.

The Path of Meditation
Our ignorance lies in not knowing, or the mind not allowing us to know, that the mind, brain, thoughts, and the self are all different entities. To fulfill life's purpose and know its true essence, you must unify the self, brain, and thoughts through meditation. In this state, the mind will cease to exist, and no life decisions will be made by the mind. The mind won't be able to show you the mirage of happiness and sorrow, leading you astray.

Embrace Meditation
Starting today, immerse yourself in meditation. Calm your mind and free yourself from the mind's slavery. Break the bonds of illusion that have tied you to the cycle of happiness and sorrow for lifetimes. Only meditation can establish you permanently in the ultimate void, where there is no happiness, no sorrow, no pain, no slavery, and no life torment—only supreme bliss and eternal peace.

In this YouTube video, we'll explore these profound insights from Buddha's philosophy, understanding the mind's illusions and learning how to master our consciousness through meditation. Join us on this transformative journey toward inner peace and enlightenment.
