Mr. Utkarsh Dwivedi secured a prestigious All India Rank of 05 in the UPSC Civil Services Examination, 2021, in his 3rd attempt. He is a classroom student in Foundation course at Vision IAS.

He has pursued his B.Tech in Mechanical from VIT Vellore in 2018. He is from Ayodhya, UP.
