Sourdough Bread Recipe:
4-5 cups flour
1 1/2 cups warm water
1 cup sourdough starter
1/2 cup oil (I use avocado oil)\
1 Tablespoon salt
Mix together in the evening. Cover with a damp towel at let sit at room temp over night. In the morning, divide into two parts, fold over and let sit for 10 mins. Form into tight balls, and let rise for 30 mins. Bake in preheated oven at 475, covered for 25 mins. Uncover and bake another 5-10 mins or until golden!
