How To Use TOUCHDESIGNER & ARDUINO Together - Beginner Tutorial

Since I uploaded some of my work to Instagram, Facebook or Youtube, some people asked me for a tutorial on how to connect and to send or receive information using Arduino, in order to create generative and procedural real time graphics in TouchDesigner. Here is a little explanation on how to do it, or at least, my usual workflow.
