How To Obtain Revans ICONIC Robes in KOTOR

Описание к видео How To Obtain Revans ICONIC Robes in KOTOR

We first see the Revan robes during flashback cutscenes & then somewhat unfairly during the players reveal with our own custom fac wishing that we would put the mask on from that point onward.

Now, to the developers credit -The game does make an attempt to give you a 'version' of said robes on the star forge. However,

a) they will change in appearance based on your light or darkside alignment.
b) the acquired maskless in game robes, feel like the starforge is actually a mega factory that makes goods for wish.com

It wasn't until the MMO The Old Republic Came out years later & was like "Hey, remember how you were Revan...well how much will you pay pigs... I mean fanboys... pay to wear the iconic robes.?" I am ashamed to admit back in the day I was one of those guys that paid for loot boxes to get them. BUT that was war! Obi Wan that doesn't count.

Its not like EA dangled Revans awesome appearance over the our heads with a dollar sign attached again...

Anyway, sad history aside let's break down the two main way to obtain said cutscene robes.

The first & most hassle free way I personally achieve this is by using the cut scene revans model, already found, in game.
To do so you need to download the save game editor linked in the description.

but FIRST ALWAYS MAKE A COPY OF YOUR SAVES. I have messed with them before & the developers humourously put in a mes sage for the back end if you mess up a save file which reads
"I am so very very broken"

Second, you want to open the save game editor & after you have selected your kotor directory, pick which save you wish to manipulate, click on your individual characters appearance.

This gives you the ability to change to ANY NPC or custom face. Scroll down to Unique characters & just under darth malak jawless: Is darth revan.

The two revans below his are for the cutscene where your characters face pokes thru, but dont select that cus the game cant attach your custom head so its just hollow.

The second way to achieve this & with arguably more customization from the community, is mods.

Which is where your game locates & activates mods upon launching

For this example I have chosen The Revans Items mod:

This mod once downloaded & you have opened the zip , it allows you 2 ways to access revans robes,
The first section of the mod labelled placeables allows you to find the robes in a location such as the Sith base on Taris or a nice backstory like the Jedi Nemos body on dantooine, which has a datapad & lore attached
but you can only move one of these pick up locations to your override folder.
The second non negotiable for the mod is to work is to copy the contents of the override folder to your own override folder.
This will allow you with cheats enabled to spawn Revans robes, & lightsabers in game & voila you are now the Revanchist, with minimal fuss & no money in EAs pockets.
