Ingredients:

1/2 cup Oil
1 Potato
1 tsp Cumin
12-15 Black pepper
1 Star Anise
1 Black Cardamom
2 Cinnamon
4-5 Cloves
2 Bay leaf
2 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
5-6 Crushed Green Chilli
2 Tomato chopped / paste
1 tbsp Coriander powder
1 tbsp Red Chilli powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tbsp Biryani masala
add Fried Onion (Birasta)
Salt to Taste
1-2 tbsp Water
150g Masoor Dal (Lentils) soaked in Water for 1/2 hour
add fried Potato
1 glass Water
100g Curd
5 glass Water
Mint & Coriander leaves
2 green chilli
4 Glass Basmati Extra long grain Rice soaked for half hour
Salt to taste
1/2 Lemon
1 tbsp Ghee
Fried Onion (Birasta)
Serve with Chaas and Dahi wala raita
