I wanted to make a video to explain to those of you that support me to let you know that I will be changing…evolving my yoga classes. From September they will incorporate elements of mat Pilates. In this video I explain why I am doing this and how it will affect our classes.

The new classes will be called Yoga Pilates Fusion and will be 60 minute sessions both in person and online. In essence they will be yoga but I will be weaving in core conditioning and strengthening as I truly believe women need this! I will be uploading a sample class this week and nourishing my you tube with shorter classes here for you to try.

Yoga Pilates Fusion is a yoga class with the core connection and conditioning of mat pilates, you get the best of both! We connect to the breath, we move, we flow, whilst also building essential core and pelvic floor strength to prevent lower back niggles. This integrated style of yoga will increase stability, strength and flexibility and leave you feeling fabulous.
