How to: 2002 Chrysler PT Cruiser Brake light / Tail light bulb Replacement DIY

Replacing the tail light bulb or brake light bulb on a 2002 Chrysler PT Cruiser
Simple job. And I am surprised that the screw is completely exposed. Either this is a genius design, or lazy design by their engineers.
Regardless, it still is poor quality. The locking tabs are all starting to rust, and the metal around the housing is very weak. I really wish they used better quality for these vehicle.
