“The kid” and I are back home from our Irish adventure, after a multi-day return-flight delay. “Silver linings and rainbows!” It’s so important to do whatever it is that refuels you. For me, that’s adventures, family, friends, movement, music, and travel. Got to combine all of those, in a way, this past week. IMHO, self-care makes you a better worker and a better human.
