Sprint vs Distance Running | Differences in Running Technique

Описание к видео Sprint vs Distance Running | Differences in Running Technique

Is there a difference between sprint vs distance running technique? How can we develop our efficiency at either and is the method the same?

We answer the question as to whether there are differences in running technique at various speeds in this video.

Running technique improvements help athletes become faster and more injury resistant. Without good technique it doesn't really matter how much hard graft you do, you'll often end up running slower and getting more injuries than you might hope.

Here we look at things like contact time, stride length, heel recovery and much more to give you help with improving your technique.

What makes a good running arm action?
What is running cadence?
How does this relate to contact time?
Should I heel strike?
How much knee lift should I have?
