Arrival of Winston Churchill and Clement Attlee at VIP stand. South African leader General Jan Smuts is there with other military leaders. Other VIPs arrive, including Queen Mary. The Royal Party arrive in their carriage. They meet with the gathered statesmen and officers and then go up to greet Queen Mary and (amongst others Prince Bernhard of the Netherlands).
