I remember watching his amazing high-flying moves and iconic ring entrance where he'd share a pre-match message with his fans who were kids; everything about this man was endearing and heartwarming, and something about that connected with me at a young age. Plus, the badass masks were a nice touch for my whimsical, young mind. While at BCW in Windsor, I not only got to host a backstage promo with Rey Mysterio -- which blew my mind, having watched countless promos of his growing up -- but I also had the opportunity of interviewing the legend.
