5 fun things I did in Vancouver during Winter.
These events are usually around December - January.

I didn't go back home during Winter Break, so I decided to enjoy local events happening around Vancouver at the end of December, beginning of January. If you are in Vancouver around this time, definitely go check them out.

Some places are annual winter events, while others are open throughout the year. Here is my trip to those places in Winter 2019.

○ Glow Festival:
Annual Christmas/Year-end event

○ VanDusen Festival of lights:
Annual Christmas/Year-end event, but the Botanical Garden opens all year round

○ Capilano Suspension Bridge:
Opens all year round, but they put on lights around Christmas-New Year time
Admission price (for students with ID): CAD 35
** You'll receive an annual free pass upon buying an admission ticket // for BC residents only I believe . . .

○ Robson Square Skating:
December 2019 - February 2020
Ticket price: FREE
** Skates rental is CAD 4.00

○ Bright Nights at Stanley Park:
Annual Christmas/Year-end event (the park is accessible all year round)
Admission price: FREE (I forgot the price for the train, probably around CAD 10.00)
