Riding 1000km in under 12 Hours

Follow along as I attempt to ride 1000KM (or 621 miles in freedom units) in 12 hours on my trusty 2017 Suzuki Vstrom 1000. Hopefully working towards one day achieving the Iron Butt Saddlesore 1000 (or in Australia, 1600 haha).

A little bit different to the adventure riding I do, this was more moto touring but this was definitely one of the hardest rides of my life. I think doing 1000km stretched across a whole day wouldn't be as bad, however trying to fit it in 12 hours made it very hard, especially given the speed limits in Australia being limited to 100-110kph.
