Hello, this is Sergeant Kim Hyun Joong, now discharged from active duties. I would like to express my sincere thanks to all the reporters and fans who have come to a remote place in this cold weather. I was enlisted during the difficult times and learned a lot of things. It's another new beginning, the beginning of the 2nd half of life, in this feeling, I completed my army duties. Honestly, I still feel worried a lot and afraid, but there are the things I have learned in army. And I have give a lot of thoughts of the ways to move forward and made resolutions, so I would appreciate if many people and my fans believe in me and pay kind attention to me. I thank you again that you came out here in this cold day. Thank you.

Say words for fans who have been supporting me... When I was enlisted, I couldn't say parting words, so felt sorry. But though late, after 21 months, I can say hello to you now, so I am very happy about that. During the 21 months, as I said before, I have given a lot thoughts, and found the ways to move forward and gained courage a lot too. I would like to express my sincere thanks to my fellow soldiers, camp staff, officers and also fans in the front.

Well... If you are a man, you must enter at least once, that's army. I also entered and completed and have a lot of changes of thoughts. In a sense, women reporters here in the front may not relate to this, but men will be able to relate to it. I am saying this, not because I was asked but I believe, democracy in Korea is being maintained because there are soldiers... democratic activities are maintained. Our General often asks who protects the country. Because there are army, navy and air force, I think, the people of ROK continue to live without worries. I have got training as such during last 21 months. So I wish the entertainers recently enlisted stay strong till they complete their army service.

5:12 (Q: Future plans)
The first thing that I have to do is to go see my parents, though I saw them during vacations, and want to say that I completed army service. For future plans, I can't say specifics, but first I would like to say hello to my fans in a very near future in a nice place.
