BATTLEFIELD 2042: Wildcat vs Jets (Season 6 Gameplay) -- Anti Air was never so important!

Season 6's Patch 6.2 has landed and with it Battlefield 2042 (BF2042) has seen the arrival of significantly more dangerous Jets with improved targeting & buffed Rocket Pods (Hydra Pods) which are making Vehicles lives Hell. One of the best Counters to BF2042 Jets is the Wildcat -- with its 30mm and 35mm Anti-Air (AA) cannons they're capable of clearing the Sky & boosting your shot at winning the round. They're also tremendous fun to play with and I would encourage everyone to give them a go.

In addition to their AA role, Wildcats are very often pulled into ground battles which can be difficult to survive.The Anti-Tank (AT) Missiles are an excellent choice for improving survivability, but ground battles should never be the primary goal of a Wildcat and the 40mm should never, ever be equipped. The Wildcat is completely wasted if it's not watching the skies above.
