Someone showcased this in game with a bugged replay button so I took it upon myself to copy the grid and officiate Anabel's eighth legendary solo.

Notes:
Getting 2 MPRs for her TM is necessary to max crit and attack so she can reliably burst. This is key for the second bar, where her max move can help her go through half of Registeel's health so he doesn't use Iron Defense, after which the clear becomes a lot easier, but it can be reliant on flinches. Use smart Reflect timings and Protects to block, namely blocking Focus Blast on the second bar if it emerges.
